The projects described in this section focus on the development of companies, NGOs and local business providers. Activities include direct investment promotion, privatization, land reform, business and land registration systems and restructuring assignments.

The projects have also contributed to commercial law reform and drafting processes that focus on dialogue and cooperation among stakeholders affected by new legislation. Commercial legislation and regulations have been drafted for Armenia, Macedonia, Afghanistan and the Commonwealth of Independent States including company laws, insolvency legislation, arbitration, and legislation for business registration systems.
