The Forum for Corporate Governance in Indonesia (FCGI) was established in February 2000 by five leading professional and business associations. The Forum meets frequently, coordinates educational programs and acts as a platform for dialogue and discussion. The Forum works closely with the National Committee on Good Corporate Governance (NCCG) - that has been responsible for a Code of Conduct of Good Corporate Governance - and international institutions (ADB, USAID and the OECD). The Forum has been used as a role model for the Macedonian Corporate Governance Council that was established by the USAID CG&CL Project in January 2004.
