Although I make my living as a consultant, I do provide assistance to non-commercial programs associated with developing programs on a voluntary basis. If you represent an NGO or educational institution, and you need a speaker/trainer on developing projects, economic development, any item covered by this website, etc., the chances are greater than 50% that I will volunteer.

Organizations for whom I have volunteered include the EBRD (London), OECD (Jordan, Amman), FCGI (Indonesia), INA (Indonesia), American University (Afghanistan - USAID), several universities in Macedonia (USAID).

Host organizations normally provide for flights (economy class) and a reasonable hotel if I am not in-country.
