Introduction

Gregory Maassen, Ph.D., manages technical assistance projects in developing countries. The projects are sponsored by leading international institutions such as the World Bank and USAID and typically focus on economic legislation, trade facilitation, judicial reform, good governance, capacity and association building, economic restructuring and land reform.

He is currently Chief of Party and Technical Expert for USAID in Afghanistan (LTERA, 2006-2009) and Senior Advisor to EMG. He was Chief of Party for USAID in Macedonia (CGCL, 2003-2006) and Head of Office and Project Manager for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group in Armenia.
